Hour long walking tour covering multiple homes in the northeast part of downtown Raleigh, NC.
Meet at the North Carolina State Capital Building at 1 E Morgan St.
Meet on the side with the statue dedicated to North Carolinian presidents.
Tour starts at 7:15. Plan to arrive 15-30 mins early. Tour ends very close to the meeting point.

Private tours require a minimum of 10 people and are priced at 150$ (15$ a person) and 10$ for each person extra.
Comfortable walking shoes, water, and weather-appropriate clothing.
Our walking tours typically last between 1 to 1.5 hours.
Each ticket costs $25. When booking multiple tickets (e.g., 3 tickets), the total will be calculated based on the number of tickets selected. For example, if you select 3 tickets, your total will be $75.
Pets are only allowed on private tours. However, we do allow service animals.
We operate rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. Tours will be cancelled if weather is too dangerous
Yes. We do not do last minute bookings.
There will not be any restrooms along the way, it is mostly residential. Many business downtown will only let you use the restoom if you buy something.
This tour is rich in history and architecture which is great for adults who love story telling, but some children may not be as engaged the entire time
There is a lot of decks, lots, and street parking on every side of the capital building as well as a parking lot inbetween the Christ Church and the Highway Building
